For the last six years ColourSoft Limited has been developing Colorage Meche's in line with government  guidelines. Once the inventive step worked it was about sourcing the right materials to make the product. First the government policy to move away from single use plastics. Then the plastic we chose had to be recyclable. ColourSoft limited chose to make the Meches in the United Kingdom where we would have access to make sure the manufacturer understood all the government rules. Also,we were able to see that no slavery child, immigrant or otherwise was involved with the manufacture.

Having adhered to all of the above, we were ready to launch in February 2020 when the Covid 19 bombshell was dropped. Our factory are essential workers to the food industry and have been working on full capacity producing face shields and PET for Covid19. Due to Social Distancing and the measures the factory have put in place not one worker has been tested positive for Covid 19.

 

Folding and packing the product is also done under government guidelines. It is also known that all types of bleach kill the Coronavirus imeadeately on contact; so transferring the virus is unlikely. For absolute safety it is requested that you wash the Colorage Meches after use. Then spray the Colorage Meches with an antibacterial spray before reusing.
