How To Get Printer Free From Error State ?Ensure That The Printer Status Is Not ‘Offline’
Follow these steps to make sure that your printer is not offline-
Go to the search bar on Windows and open ‘Run’ dialog box. Enter ‘Control panel’ in the search box and hit ‘OK’.
